One Week
Oh my goodness! I am getting married in one week! I can't believe it! Everything is mostly ready and we are just waiting for the day to come. Everyone has been asking us if we are getting nervous, but we tell them NO! We are totally ready and excited, and mostly just ready for it to be over! We've been engaged for almost a year and a half now, so it's good to finally feel like it will end soon!
I just really hope that once he and I are married we will actually feel married. I asked Kevin the other day, "Honey, am I supposed to feel something different about being married? Cuz, I really don't feel like much will be different for us. I don't have a certain feeling inside.... Do you?" Our problem is that we have never lived together and once we are married, we will be staying with my parents until we can afford our own place, whenever that may be. Hopefully, we won't have to stay with them too long. I'm talking like six months or less, please!
Kevin and I have been working a lot. He's picked up hours at work and I am finally working good hours again. I just got my first pay check today! So excited! I really like my job and I am really lucky to work there, even if it's just seasonal. Man, I really hope they keep me after the holidays. I have a feeling they will though. I just gotta show them that I am an awesome employee!
